2025 Year in Review: Building People First Across the Upstate

January 2026

As we look back on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude—grateful for the clients who trusted us, the trade partners who stood beside us, and the team members who brought their best to every jobsite and meeting table. This year marked meaningful growth for P+F Construction, but more than that, it reinforced what has been true since day one: People are our difference.

A Milestone Year: New Headquarters in Fountain Inn

Last year we celebrated growth not just in volume, but in capacity—expanding and relocating our headquarters to a newly renovated 15,000-square-foot facility in Fountain Inn.

“Our growth has never been about chasing volume—it’s been about growing people,” said Steve Foushee. “Our new headquarters gives us the space to keep investing in our people and partners, so we can deliver the highest standard of quality on every project.”

Milestone of a year

Looking Ahead

If 2025 taught us anything, it’s that growth is best when it’s built on strong relationships and shared values.

“This year proved that momentum comes from relationships and steady execution—showing up for clients, trade partners, and each other day after day,” said Will Prescott. “As we step into a new year, we’re committed to continuing what we’ve always believed: build People First—every project, every partnership, every time.”
