This year marked meaningful growth for P+F Construction, but more than that, it reinforced what has been true since day one: People are our difference.
A Milestone Year: New Headquarters in Fountain Inn
Last year we celebrated growth not just in volume, but in capacity—expanding and relocating our headquarters to a newly renovated 15,000-square-foot facility in Fountain Inn.

- Celebrated the five year anniversary of P+F Construction on July 27—five years of building relationships, delivering quality, and investing in people across every project
- Built a dedicated team of 24 professionals who approach each day and project with expertise, passion, and integrity
- Completed 15+ projects, bringing our total to 70+ projects since 2020
- Served communities across 7 Upstate counties including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Laurens and Union
- Strengthened partnerships with clients, trade partners, and suppliers—relationships that continue to fuel mutual growth and success
