P+F Construction is celebrating five years of growth with the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to a newly renovated 15,000-square-foot facility in Fountain Inn.
Founded in 2020 as a two-person team, P+F has grown to more than 20 professionals delivering projects across the Upstate in commercial, industrial, education, and community sectors. The move to 311 Dale Drive provides space for continued growth, training, and collaboration.
“This expansion gives us the capacity to invest in our people, strengthen training for staff and trade partners, and host meetings that help us deliver every project with the highest level of quality,” said Will Prescott, Co-Founder and VP of Operations.
Built on a People First Philosophy
Since day one, P+F Construction has led with a People First approach — prioritizing relationships, collaboration, and long-term success for clients, team members, and trade partners alike.
“Our people continue to be our difference maker,” said Steve Foushee, Co-Founder and VP of Project Management. “This new headquarters is a direct investment in our team, their success, and the success of our clients.”
With roots in managing nearly $1 billion in construction before founding P+F, the leadership team built the firm on the belief that when you put people first, everything else falls into place.
Proven Experience, Local Impact
In just five years, P+F has completed nearly $100 million in projects across the Upstate — from revitalizing The Mill at Fountain Inn to expanding campuses like Upstate Church, and leading new developments such as Biltmore Walk, a 44-residence luxury townhome community in downtown Greenville.
“We’re grateful to the clients and partners who share our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation,” Foushee said. “Every milestone is made possible through their trust and collaboration.”
Looking Ahead
As P+F enters its next chapter, the firm remains focused on growing its team, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to deliver facilities that exceed expectations.
“At the core, our mission is to build more than buildings — we’re building people,” said Prescott.
