Green-circle-plus-icon  Project Overview

As Bible Baptist Church looked to meet a growing need for quality childcare in the surrounding community, the church set out to create an early childhood program that would support local families and provide a meaningful environment for children.

P+F Construction was contracted as Construction Manager At-Risk, providing preconstruction and construction services for the new Building Bridges Early Learning Center. With the goal of opening in time for the next school year, P+F worked quickly to support design, budgeting and construction planning so the church could move forward with a clear path to completion.

Green-circle-plus-icon  Results That Matter

P+F helped Bible Baptist Church open its new early learning center just before the start of the school year, providing families with access to quality childcare when they needed it most.

Although added scope extended the original schedule, P+F developed GMP savings that helped the owner fund additional work while maintaining focus on the church’s operational timeline. The completed facility allows Building Bridges Early Learning Center to serve children and families in a safe, welcoming and purpose-driven environment.
