What We Built
Construction delivered a renovated game day locker room and restroom space for Clemson University’s inaugural gymnastics team, including:
- Demolition of existing walls and concrete flooring
- New locker room layout and finishes
- New restroom space
- Custom lighting features
- High-end millwork finishes
- 12-foot custom makeup vanity
- Team-branded Clemson Gymnastics design elements
- Coordination within an active campus and athletics facility environment
Project Overview
P+F Construction was selected through a competitive design-bid-build process to complete the renovation within a tight 90-day schedule before the start of the season. Through thoughtful estimating, strategic trade partner selection and close coordination with Clemson University and Littlejohn Coliseum staff, P+F delivered the project on time and within budget.
The renovation transformed an existing space into a high-end locker room and restroom designed specifically for Clemson Gymnastics. The finished space includes custom lighting, elevated millwork, team-branded finishes and a 12-foot custom makeup vanity, creating a polished and functional environment for student-athletes.
