Green-circle-plus-icon  Project Overview

As Clemson University prepared for the inaugural season of its gymnastics program, the university needed a dedicated game day locker room that would reflect the energy, identity and expectations of a new NCAA team.

P+F Construction was selected through a competitive design-bid-build process to complete the renovation within a tight 90-day schedule before the start of the season. Through thoughtful estimating, strategic trade partner selection and close coordination with Clemson University and Littlejohn Coliseum staff, P+F delivered the project on time and within budget.

The renovation transformed an existing space into a high-end locker room and restroom designed specifically for Clemson Gymnastics. The finished space includes custom lighting, elevated millwork, team-branded finishes and a 12-foot custom makeup vanity, creating a polished and functional environment for student-athletes.
