P+F completed the project 30 days ahead of the contractual schedule while supporting LCWSC’s operational goals through clear communication, careful coordination, and efficient construction planning.

When the owner received a grant award during the project, P+F was able to expand the scope to include additional site and parking improvements. The completed facilities provide LCWSC with improved fleet services, vehicle storage and maintenance capacity to better support daily operations and long-term infrastructure needs.
