P+F completed the renovation within a critical five-month timeline to accommodate pre-booked weddings and events. The completed project elevated Owen Pavilion into a polished, functional event venue while preserving the character of the original lakeside facility. With natural light, views of the surrounding landscape and improved operational support spaces, the 10,000-square-foot venue is now positioned to host weddings and events for Clemson University and the surrounding community. Since completion, bookings and event requests for the facility have increased by 200%.
