July marked an important milestone for P+F Construction: six years in business.
Anniversaries naturally invite reflection. They offer a chance to look back on where you’ve been, celebrate the people who helped you get there, and look ahead with renewed purpose.
For P+F, however, anniversaries have never been about the number itself. It’s about the relationships we’ve built along the way.
When Steve Foushee and Will Prescott founded P+F Construction in 2020, they weren’t simply creating another commercial construction company. They shared a vision of building a company where people mattered just as much as projects—a place where clients, trade partners and employees would know they were valued, respected and cared for. That vision became the foundation for what is now known throughout our company as People First.
“When we started P+F, our goal wasn’t simply to build great projects—it was to build a company that people wanted to be part of. We wanted to create a culture rooted in integrity, faith and relationships, where clients, employees and trade partners knew they would always be treated with respect. Looking back over the past six years, I’m most proud of the people we’ve had the opportunity to serve and the relationships we’ve built along the way.”

Growth Measured Differently
Over the past six years, P+F has experienced tremendous growth. Our team has expanded. We’ve completed projects across Upstate South Carolina and beyond. We’ve moved into a new headquarters in Fountain Inn. We’ve partnered with churches, schools, municipalities, developers, business owners and nonprofit organizations to help bring their visions to life. Those milestones are certainly worth celebrating.
But if you ask our leadership team what they’re most proud of, the answer usually isn’t a building or a revenue number. It’s the relationships that continue long after construction is complete. Many of our projects today come from repeat clients, referrals and long-standing partnerships built we have built over our careers. That’s something we never take for granted.
Building on Faith and Purpose
Our work is rooted in a simple belief: construction is ultimately about serving people. Every building we construct will one day be filled with employees going to work, students learning, families gathering, businesses growing, patients receiving care or churches sharing hope with their communities.
That perspective shapes the way we approach every project. Whether we’re restoring a historic landmark, building a new church campus, constructing a hotel or partnering on a local business expansion, we strive to be faithful stewards of the opportunities we’ve been given.
None of This Happens Alone
Six years wouldn’t be possible without an incredible team.
We’re grateful for the team members who bring excellence, integrity and humility to work each day. We’re thankful for the trade partners who consistently deliver quality craftsmanship. We’re appreciative of the architects, engineers, owners and consultants who trust us to help bring their projects to life. Most importantly, we’re grateful for the communities that have welcomed us and the clients who continue to place their confidence in our team.
Looking Ahead to Year Seven
While it’s encouraging to reflect on where we’ve been, we’re even more excited about where we’re headed.
As we begin our seventh year, our commitment remains unchanged. We’ll continue investing in our people. We’ll continue embracing innovation and technology that better serves our clients. We’ll continue building relationships rooted in trust. And above all, we’ll continue putting People First.
“The past six years have laid an incredible foundation, but we believe the best is still ahead. As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: delivering exceptional projects, embracing innovation, serving our clients well and creating opportunities for our team to thrive. We’re grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey, and we’re excited to see what God has in store for P+F in the years ahead.”
— Will Prescott, Co-Founder, P+F Construction
Because at the end of the day, the buildings we construct are important—but the people we build alongside will always matter most.
